Shipping policy

 

Orders placed for delivery within Europe will be shipped with Royal Mail from our warehouse in England.

The delivery estimate is 5 to 7 business days, but may vary based on customs clearance. Please allow up to one business day for processing if your order is placed after 6:00p.m. PST (or 2:00a.m. GMT)

 

Shipping cost:

€5.00 (or FREE with orders over €35.00!)

*We are presently unable to ship to Spain, Portugal, and Greece as our shipments are being refused by the local customs agencies

 

Processing:

  • We use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method, which means the seller assumes all responsibilities and costs for delivering the goods to the named place of destination
  • Orders are processed very efficiently for rapid delivery; we may not be able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted
  • Successful delivery relies on the correct address being supplied by the shopper. If you come to realize it is incorrect, please contact us immediately for resolution
  • If your order contains an out of stock item, it will be placed into a back-order status and ship once all items are available

Delivery Concerns:

International deliveries may be subject to review by your local customs agency. This may cause delay with delivery, additional costs due to duties/taxes, or failure to deliver. Check with your local customs office to determine import rules and/or costs.

In the event of any order fulfillment or delivery issues, please ensure to contact us within 30 days in order to guarantee proper resolution.

If you receive a damaged package or a defective item, please ensure to contact us prior to discarding it. In some instances, we may require further information for an investigation with our fulfillment and/or delivery partners.

Please note that temperature and/or air pressure changes may cause a minimal amount of leakage with liquid tinctures. This is expected, and completely normal; it does not result in contamination or otherwise make our products unfit for use.
